To all persons known or unknown who claim any interest as an heir or through an heir in the property, real or personal, of JAMES LESLIE HARTZELL, who died on the 23rd day of October, 2016 residing in Clinton County, Missouri;
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the Pro- bate Division of the Circuit Court of Clinton County, Missouri Justin Hartzell for the children of the deceased and of and requesting the court to determine the heirs of the above named decedent and their respective interest in and to all of the property owned by said deceased at the time of his death including the following to wit:
