Notice is hereby given to those persons residing within the East Buchanan County C-1 School District, Missouri (the “District”) that on May 17, 2021 commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria the Board of Education is consider- ing a capital facilities lease financing to provide funds for the Elementary School heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) system upgrades, the addition of an all-weather 8 lane track, the addition of new stadium lighting and the addition of new security entrances for the Elementary School, pursuant to Section 177.088, Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.
