The Pipelines of Clinton County: Story V
12/30/2009
By Bernie Cassity
The story about the oil industry and the natural gas and crude oil
pipelines that cross Clinton County wouldn't be complete without giving
another source of energy its due. Without electricity, the products of
the oil industry that move through the Tumey, Missouri, compressor and
pumping stations, wouldn't move anywhere.

The Pipelines of Clinton County: Story IV
12/30/2009
Reporting and commentary Bernie Cassity
This article is number four of a series focusing on the
pipelines that cross Clinton County, and is a continuation from the
Leader’s November 19, 2009, article that concerned the construction of
the Rockies Express (Rex-West) Turney, Mo., compressor station. The
work on the compressor station side of the complex was done by Blue
Water Construction of Houston, Texas. As previously stated, there is
some conjecture and analysis in this article, as it is an editorial
piece.

The Pipelines of Clinton County: Story III
12/30/2009
By Bernie Cassity This is just a story about a small portion of a huge pipeline. There
is some conjecture in this article, as it is an editorial piece. The
story also contains some analysis of what happened at certain times
here in Clinton County in the Summer of 2007 during the construction of
one of our most recent pipelines, the Rex-West portion of the Rockies
Express.

The Pipelines of Clinton County: Story II
12/30/2009
By Bernie Cassity Is the sun setting on the oil industry? Will wind farms, electric
cars, and green incentives replace fossil fuel energy? Not hardly.
The oil industry is alive and well. The two huge pipelines that have
crossed Clinton County since a special use permit was issued for the
42” diameter $6Billion Rockies Express natural gas pipeline in March of
2007 are proof.
