Honoring our COVID-19 HeroesHere are just a few of the many healthcare and essential workers who have inspired Clinton County residents during the COVID-19 outbreak. Tune in next week meet more of our hometown heroes! A Shout Out for Amy Hastings. Amy works at the CVS Pharmacy in Plattsburg. She is a dedicated and compassionate person and employee. Thank you Amy and all the other employees at CVS for making sure we all have the needed medications and prescriptions to keep us all well and healthy during this pandemic. Thank you also Amy for delivering medicine and prescriptions to those of us who can't come to you. A Shout Out for Lindsie Lloyd (center). Lindsie currently works for the Plattsburg School District as a cafeteria manager. Lindsie and her staff have gone over and beyond their duties to provide breakfast and lunch for the students while the school has been shut down. Thank you Lindsie and your staff for providing our children with meals during these difficult times as you took care of your own children and family. A Shout Out for Jeff Parton. Jeff started as a deputy for the Clinton County Sheriffs Department in 2012. He resides in Clinton County and currently works for the Kearney Missouri Police Department as a canine officer. Thank you Jeff for doing everything you can to make sure we are safe and protected during such a trying time in our nation. A Shout Out for Jerry Ramos. Jerry has worked for the Plattsburg Police Department since 2012. He also worked 8 years with Lathrop. Jerry is currently a detective investigator for the Clinton County Sheriffs Department in Plattsburg. Thank you Jerry for all you do to protect our community and the citizens of Clinton County. We appreciate your hard work and dedication during such a difficult time in our society.
