PUBLIC NOTICE
PLATTSBURG CITY ELECTION

    Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 79.030, Revised Statutes of Missouri, I hereby give notice that the general election for the City of Plattsburg will be held on Tuesday April 6, 2021 for the purpose of electing the following officials:
Two Year Term- Alderman-First Ward
Two Year Term- Alderman-
Second Ward
Two Year Term- Alderman-Third Ward
    The first day for Filing is December 15,2020 and the closing date for filing for the above offices is January 19,2021 at 5:00 PM at City Hall.
    Candidates may file at City Hall Monday thru Friday from 7am - 5pm. City Hall will be closed December 24th & 25th for Christmas, January 1 st for New Year’s Day.
    Polling places for Ward I, Ward II, and Ward III will all be located in the basement of the Clinton County Courthouse for your convenience.
    The polls for the election will be open between the
hours of 6:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.

    The GOWER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT of Clinton and Buchanan County will hold an election for one Board Member position for a six-year term at the General Municipal Election, Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Courthouse Cooling Tower Bid
    This is a public notice that Clinton County Commission is requesting for bids to replace the cooling tower in the Clinton County Courthouse. Below are the specifications for the needed cooling tower for the county.
The model needed is a Baltimore Air Coil Model VTL-072-K/XT/ that needs the following:
    •    Mech Float Valve
    •    Vibration Switches
    •    All heavy gauge Galvanized
    •    PVC Drift Eliminators
    •    Premium Efficiency VFD
    •    460 3 Phase
    •    164 gpm
Other services needed and other notes about the project:
    •    Tower cannot exceed 6’8” in height
    •    Needs all new ductwork, electrical, and
           piping hook-ups
    •    Demolition and haul everything away
    •    Start-up
