    On JUNE 23, 2020 a small estate affidavit was filed by the distributees for the decedent under Section 473.097, RSMo, with the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Clinton County, Missouri.
    All creditors of the decedent, who died on MARCH 10, 2020, are notified that Section 473.444, RSMo, sets a limitation period that would bar claims one year after the death of the decedent. A creditor may request that this estate be opened for administration.

NOTICE
    The Clinton County Commission will begin the process to disperse the CARES Act Funds received from the Federal Government through the Missouri State Treasurers Office. Phase I Grant Applications are now available for any Fire Protection Districts, Health Departments, Public Safety and Healthcare providers in Clinton County. Applications are now available on the County’s official website: clintoncounty.org
    Applicants will be able to submit receipts for reimbursement for eligible expenditures until August 31, 2020 for the 1st phase. Applicants will be able to submit receipts for reimbursement in phase II from October 01, 2020 from October 31, 2020 no later than 4:30pm the final day of each phase. The Commission has the authority to approve or deny any applications.
