34th Annual Lathrop Antique Car, Tractor, and Engine Show going on this weekend
The Lathrop Antique Club is gearing up for the 34th Annual Lathrop Antique Car, Tractor and Engine Show slated for Thursday, June 14, through Sunday, June 17, at the Lathrop Antique Showgrounds.
This year, the show will host the Massey-Harris Tractors & Equipment Club and Nebraska-made gas engines. The flea market, Mo-Kan Gospel music and countless demonstrations (including steam engines, blacksmith shop, saw mill, print shop, corn shelling, general store, rock crusher, rope making) will take place throughout the entire weekend.
Friday night will see the draft horse pulling contest at 8 p.m. Music by I-35 Express Bluegrass will be Friday (6:30 p.m.) and Saturday (3 p.m., 6 p.m.).
The antique tractor pull will be Saturday at 6 p.m., with the classic tractor pull starting at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
On Saturday, micro-mini tractor pull will start at noon, and the kids pedal power tractor pull be at 10 a.m. Saturday. The stock garden tractor pull will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
Church services will be at 8:30 a.m. Sunday and the car show will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. the same day.
